this website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). when the site is accessed, technically necessary access data (server log files) are processed — e.g. ip address, date and time, page requested, browser type. this serves the delivery, security and stability of the website (legal basis: art. 6(1)(f) gdpr, legitimate interest). a data processing agreement under art. 28 gdpr is in place with the host. this may involve a transfer to the usa; it is based on appropriate safeguards — standard contractual clauses under art. 46 gdpr or, where the provider is certified, the adequacy decision for the eu-us data privacy framework (art. 45 gdpr). the safeguards are available from us on request.

no cookies, no tracking

we do not use cookies for analytics or marketing and do not use any tracking or statistics tools. fonts are served locally from our server — no google fonts or similar third parties are called. a cookie banner is therefore not required.

contact

if you contact us by email, phone or via the chat function, we process the data you provide in order to handle your request (legal basis: art. 6(1)(b) and (f) gdpr). note: the chat function stores nothing on our server — it merely opens a pre-filled message in the app you choose (whatsapp or your own email program). sending is done via your provider. providing your contact details is necessary for us to handle your enquiry; without them we cannot respond to your request.

contact via whatsapp

as an alternative to email, we offer contact via whatsapp (as a link — no whatsapp widget that transmits data on page load is embedded). when you click “via whatsapp”, you leave this website and use whatsapp, a service of meta platforms ireland ltd. your phone number, the message content and metadata are then processed by whatsapp/meta under their privacy terms; a transfer to the usa is possible and, where meta is certified, is based on the eu-us data privacy framework (art. 45 gdpr), supplemented by standard contractual clauses (art. 46 gdpr). we only receive the message you actively send us and use it solely to handle your enquiry (legal basis: art. 6(1)(a), (b) and (f) gdpr). if you prefer not to, simply use email or phone.

social media

we link to our profiles on instagram and linkedin. only when you click such a link do you leave this website; the privacy terms of the respective provider (meta platforms ireland ltd. or linkedin ireland unlimited company) then apply. no social-media plugins that transmit data on page load are embedded on this site.

retention

we store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. enquiries are deleted after they have been dealt with, unless a retention obligation applies.

your rights

you have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. where we process data on the basis of your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future; the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected. if you believe that the processing of your data violates data-protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the austrian data protection authority: dsb.gv.at.
